Mixtape: Annie Mac Radio 1 Minimix by Madeon
We know that Madeon is the “player of the match” when it’s about sampling in a track. The fantastic section from Annie Mac where the artists use to make a 5 minutes minimix with the maximum number of songs in it, seemed to be created for a Madeon win. Amazing! (via Neonized)

On the heels of his latest single “Icarus,“ Madeon returns to the scene with a brand new re-fix of the Martin Solveig single “The Night Out.” In contrast to the original track, which has a slower vibe with looping guitar riffs to it, Madeon’s rendition is an upbeat electro track with his signature synth treatment. Exclaim! TV have just uploaded this exclusive live performance from Toronto trio, Keys N Krates, who decided to take on their Madeon remix of “Icarus” during a recent recorded session. Madeon’s funky electro track gives a great base to the chilled out jam band vibe combined with a hip-hop groove. This performance may even be better than the studio version that they dropped. Icarus by Madeon
Last October was the last time we heard from 17-year old boy wonder, Madeon, with a snippet of his latest creation "Icarus." Hailing from the French city of Nantes, the 17-year-old has been turning
heads with superb refixes for the likes of Deadmau5, Yelle and Pendulum
among others, as well as with his track "Pop Culture," that flawlessly blends 39 popular tracks in less than four minutes.

Video: Teaser Part 1 by Madeon
Madeon, boy wonder and prodigy, has recently updated surfaced once again with a new track production and video along. "Icarus" is the new track featured in his Madeon Teaser Part 1 which was shot entirely in Social Club, Paris, during the summer.
Maybe the first time he has ever been allowed in a club, he does not hesitate to take the opportunity and documents it right away. "Icarus," in my opinion, is classic Madeon. Nothing different, sticking to what he is good at. Upbeat and vibrant similar to his instant hit, "Pop Culture." Very melodic with beats that make you jump out of your seat. The intro instantly gave me the goosebumps while the rest will just flow, trust me. No official release date for the track yet but Deadmau5 was kind enough to provide us with a full track stream for now.
Pop Culture
A while back Madeon's "Pop Culture" video was one of the most watched videos in YouTube. He is a 17 years old pop/house producer from France. Raking over 3.5 million views to date. That's pretty impressive for someone who is still as young as him and who is a self-taught producer for 5 years. He even called it his "little live idea." Nothing little with the success he made with the video.
