Say hello to the first stomping tune of the week that will make you wish it was Friday again. This one comes in the remix format of Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso’s track "Calling" given the R3Hab and Swanky Tunes Chainsaw Madness Mix treatment. Chainsaw? This will definitely rip up the decks. Calling (Losing My Mind) by Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso
Two of dance music heavy weights, Sebastian Ingrosso and Alesso, have joined forces in summer 2011 on the smash single “Calling;” a seething maelstrom of synths and white noise that delivers on all levels and takes no prisoners. Rising like a frothing tidal wave of sonic force from the darkly churning sea of dance music, “Calling” stands head and shoulders above all, propelling you to places other tracks won't even know exist. Finally it's time to unveil vocal edit of this hit. Just in time to kickstart the Saturday night. Here it is, without further adieu, Sebastian Ingrosso and Alesso featuring the vocals of Ryan Tedder with "Calling (Lose My Mind)."
Preview: Eclipse (Why Am I Doing This?) by Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso
When two of Sweden’s hottest House exports joined the country’s most hotly tipped newcomer, the outcome was never going to be mediocre. But that is very much the theme for the meticulous legacy Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso as two-thirds of the globes hottest Electronic outfit to date. Since first engaging the budding talents of Alesso for collaborative floor-filler "Calling," it was evident that the young producer had outgrown his underdog status and we entered 2012 with high hopes for this stirring new school contender.
Never ones to disappoint in the face of hysteria, Angello and Ingrosso join the young Refune warrior for an extraordinary offering like none other by either artist. Drawing on the flawless samples of Mirock’s 2011 Stealth Records slammer by the same name, this Swedish onslaught draws on the unexpected for its new years resurrection. Flowing seamlessly from its early acid rises into a dark yet progressive romp of clubworthy carnage, any expectations that could have been mustered are blown out of the roof and just when we thought we had seen ever trick in the book the Swedes had to offer, here they are back on track to prove their legacy is anything but a short term fling for Electronic Dance Music. Together (Thand Remix) by Axwell & Sebatisan Ingrosso
Thand is a Swedish electro-house producer who just put-up his version of an Axwell & Ingrosso classic in "Together." The remix starts out with the usual stuff, beats and basslines, but then breaks down with the original vocals which then follows-through with his signature stuff... Not bad, not bad at all. Thand actually incorporating some very interesting synths in there, which automatically makes it a pretty good production in my opinion. Bravo!
Dreaming Of An Ibiza Christmas Mash-Up by Midnight Conspiracy
Says Midnight Conspiracy:
"We love Christmas, but we'd rather be on a sunny beach in Ibiza surrounded by hot babes dancing to house music."
A piece of Ibiza mixed to perfection. Heavy progressive house bangers and anthems crammed into one track. Perfect for all of you people who are always in a hurry and those who are on-the-go. Also, for people who like changing the track without finishing the song.
Calling (Clinton Sparks 'This is My Life Calling' Edit) by Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso
Here's what I think is a great edit of Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso's amazing anthem, "Calling." Adding extra vocals into the mix, Boston-based DJ/producer Clinton Sparks doing a good job pumping up the anthem factor up a notch. Although the 2:22 cut I did not like much, but the 4:48 vocals just made up for it. Chant along after this jump.
Ingrosso x Alesso
Fresh from the iTunes festival, premiered a new track from Sebastian Ingrosso and his protégée, Alesso, called "Calling." Only out as an intrumental mix, this track I bet has a vocal mix in the works.
Could the Swedish House Mafia be expanding? Maybe. But for now... Long live Swedish DJ's! Stream track after the skip or download from Beatport.
