Teenage Crime (Thomas Gold 2012 Rework) by Adrian Lux
Thomas Gold’s 2012 Rework of “Teenage Crime” is a very solid rework but I think Axwell & Henrik B's remode have still yet to be dethroned.
Mixtape: Axtone Presents Thomas Gold
Thomas Gold has long been a well respected DJ and producer in the EDM scene. He was pretty consistent and pretty under the radar for a couple of years now, but 2012 seems like the year he hits the mainstream, having released "Sing2Me," which went number 1 on Beatport. He starred brightly in Ultra and recently in EDC, and now he has come out with his debut compilation on Axtone Records, the prominent and ever successful label by Axwell. The release spans 33 tracks on 2 CDs, and features a whole gamut of releases on the Axtone imprint, of course all with some very nice touches by Mr. Gold.

Sing 2 Me by Thomas Gold
Thomas Gold continues his incredible run of tracks with his latest single “Sing 2 Me.” After being a staple of Gold’s sets for the past year, it is finally being released by Axtone Records. The track itself features a beautiful progressive melody with a gentle buildup and an elegant drop. (via Dancing Astronaut)
Preview: Eyes Wide Open (Lenno Remix) by Dirty South & Thomas Gold
Kick-off your Saturday night with this preview of a brand new Lenno remix of "Eyes Wide Open" by Dirty South and Thomas Gold.
Eyes Wide Open (feat. Kate Elsworth) by Dirty South & Thomas Gold
Remember "Alive" by Dirty South and Thomas Gold? Instant classic, right? After its world-wide success, the Australian Dirty South teams up again with the German Thomas Gold and the beautiful Kate Elsworth for there new track Called ”Eyes Wide Open." Like the first, this too has that big-room synthy sound and sing-a-long vibe. With this kind of success, I see a few more collaborations coming our way.
Preview: Eyes Wide Open (feat. Kate Elsworth) by Dirty South & Thomas Gold
The team of Dirty South and Thomas Gold who are responsible for the track "Alive" which I have just recently posted before this is actually out with another powerful track and a 100% sure hit this time with "Eyes Wide Open." Again featuring mad vocals from Kate Elsworth.
First played on his NYE set then on Pete Tong's radio show on BBC Radio 1. Dirty South staying solid to his top-notch team. This song is big, biggest songs of 2012 big, so stick around for the full release.
Alive (Alesso Remix) by Dirty South & Thomas Gold
What do you get when you cross a Grammy nominated mega producer, a break-though globetrotter that’s rising to the top and an über hot DJ-singer? You get "Alive," the stunning single by Dirty South and Thomas Gold. But what happens when Alesso gets added to the equation?
The track begins with the comforting, familiar vocals of Kate Elsworth. Soon into the song, the beat drops out to make room for a strong guitar melody, strumming away. In his usual fashion, Alesso makes the clean sound cleaner to distract your mind from a massive drop. Huge track, check off another one for the youngster. Enjoy! (via bouncebug)
Someone Like You (Thomas Gold & Mark Mendes Bootleg) by Adele
Adele definitely owned 2011 with the release of her sophomore album, 21. Her powerful vocals ruled the airwaves for months. Especially in the electronic dance music department. Racking up a very impressive 8 million playcounts for the remix of her song, "Set Fire To The Rain" alone and not including other remixes of her tracks.
This time, we have Thomas Gold and Mark Mendes with a remix of another Adele masterpiece, "Someone Like You." Aside from being great because it was given out for free, it is also great for beautifully representing the original. It retains all the good things especially Adele's amazing vocals. It is not yet as good as Gold's "Set Fire To The Rain" but is quickly gaining pace.
