A-Trak, Kimbra and Foster The People frontman Mark Foster have joined forces for "Warrior," the latest track in Converse's Three Artists, One Song series. The song is part of the launch of a line of footwear that will be sold exclusively at Journeys shops; it will be made available as a video and free download from the Journeys website on April 5th. Don't Stop (St. Lucia Remix) by Foster The People
Foster The People plus St. Lucia is a match made in musical heaven. Given St. Lucia‘s uncanny ability at perfecting warm, chill, caribbean synths you would expect their remix of "Don’t Stop" to mellow down the wonderfully danceable track and add warm glowing synths. Well then you would be like me, and you would be COMPLETELY wrong! St. Lucia this time has amped up the energy, sex and strut with electric guitars, deep synths and a sultry saxophone outro.(via KickKickSnare)
I Would Do Anything For You (Strange Talk Remix) by Foster The People
Just when you thought it was over... It still isn't. Foster The People remixes still popping out one by one and I think I found the best one yet! Australian rock band, Strange Talk, releasing the best remix of "I Would Do Anything For You" by FTP up on the market. Putting this one up top is definitely a no brainer.
Video: Don't Stop (Color On The Walls) by Foster The People
"The first time I tried to get my license, I didn't even make it out
of the parking lot -- for some reason, that whole thing about not
driving with the emergency brake on totally slipped my mind. Mortifying,
yes, but it's nothing compared to the hell that Gabourey Sidibe endures
in the new video from Foster The People.
"Don't Stop (Color on the Walls)" features the Oscar-nominated actress
as a hopelessly bumbling prospective driver and Foster The People
frontman Mark Foster as her exam administrator -- or is he?
Donning a fake mustache and glasses, Mark quickly reveals himself to be
an impostor whose leather bag is stuffed with cash. What follows is the
craziest car chase this side of "Fast & Furious," the highlight of
which involves Gabby bashing through a few buckets of paint and sending
colors shooting everywhere (DayGlo, a perfect match for the song's giddy
psychedelic pop).
Directed by The Daniels (the duo behind Foster The People's epic
"Helena Beat" video), "Don't Stop (Color on the Walls)" also stars
bassist Cubbie Fink and drummer Mark Pontius as the policemen in hot
pursuit of Mark and Gabby (who, incidentally, get all goo-goo-eyed for
each other soon after she rips his fake mustache off and whacks him in
the nose). Possibly the most inept cop duo since Seth Rogen and Bill
Hader in "Superbad," the two somehow manage to corral our heroes into a
dusty desert lot for the video's climax. It'd be a shame to spoil the
ending for you, so go on and hit play to dig the madness yourself (via MTV)."
Call It What You Want (Treasure Fingers Pre-Party Radio Edit) by Foster The People
Treasure Fingers has just rewarded us with a sweet cross of Foster The People and disco with his version of "Call It What You Want." This Australian really has this habit of coming up with groovy disco sounds and touches. The already catchy tune funked out more to get all those lazy asses dancing again. The original can be found in Foster's album, Torches.
Night Time (Synkro Remix) by The xx
Like Foster The People, The xx was once also over-played, remixed, covered, and mashed-up. But pardon me, because here is another remix with "Night Time." Still sticking to the theme, I have a perfect ambient remix by a dude named Synkro. A producer based in Manchester, UK.
A true fan would know that it is really difficult to manage a remix coming from The xx because the bar is set high. Well this guy manages to tap that bar with a beautifully made deep and ambient re-make of the classic. A first on Soundcloud and already it's sky-rocketing.
Pumped Up Kicks (Vaski Remix) by Foster The People
I think it's about time that I post another dubstep track on my site because as far as I know, I only have one. So what better track to post than the remix friendly "Pumped Up Kicks" of Foster The People. True it has been over-covered, played, remixed, and mashed-up way too much but for this one, I'm definitely willing making an exception.
It starts out with the original bass line but builds up to a catchy dub-filled bag of womp complements of Vaski. Another refreshing track but in a dubstep kind of way.
Bonus: Might Like You Better (Vaski Remix) by Amanda Blank
Helena Beat
Everyone loves Foster The People. So much love that other artists are starting to honor their tracks this early in their career. One of those artist did a really good job by doing a brilliant remix of the song "Helena Beat."

Foster The People - Helena Beat (Lenno Remix) by Lenno
Says Lenno:
"Had the honor to do a remix for Foster The People's brand new remix EP. Retained the awesome pop chorus but changed the instruments to pumping nu-disco."
