Sunshine Screwface (Prod. J Dilla) by Yasiin Bey

During a recent promotional stop at Radio Nova in Paris, Yasiin Bey (your old friend Mos Def) debuted a brand new produced track by the late and great J Dilla entitled “Sunshine Screwface.” Backed by glorious funk-inspired horns and sunny guitars, Bey unloads rhymes that focus more on bizarre, yet clever wordplay than his more recent biting satire. Video: Little Brother & You Already Knew (Live On Jimmy Fallon) by Black Star

Guess who stopped by NBC's Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night? Mos Def Yasiin Bey and Talib Kweli performing "Little Brother" as Black Star along with a little support from The Roots. "Fulfillment of a dream" is what Questlove tweeted right after performing the J-Dilla produced track.

Black Star also performed "You Already Knew" which is kinda new and is a cut off the duo's mixtape called Aretha, the Aretha Franklin tribute. Good things happening to the duo, 2012 looking up for classic hip-hop.

You Already New (Prod. Oh No) by Black Star

Black Star are definitely back to work and back in the business. Mos Def Yasiin Bey and Talib Kweli just dropped the Madlib production "Fix Up" yesterday via iTunes but it seems that it was not enough. So they released an additional that will be a part of their Black Star Aretha mixtape, a tribute to the great Aretha Franklin.

The cut is actually produced by Oh No, Talib Kweli's brother. Not of the usual energetic release coming from him though but really working-out and sounding good. Sultry Hip-Hop release perfect for a #BlackFriday night.
