Love Without Love (Radio Edit) by Christian Strobe

"Love Without Love": Relaxed beach club party or sweaty dancefloor ? Kissing in the moonlight or worshipping the flashlights? All bets are off! Hands-up trancy synth stabs, catchy vocals, a lot of "Ahhs"&"Ohhs" and asskickin' drums. That’s it. You need it more traditional? Take the classic version with many oldschool piano house chords, filtersweeping retro-synths and digital 80ies touch. DX7 rules.

Album: Reworks #1 by Christian Strobe

In the holiday spirit, Christian Strobe has released a generous gift. All of his 2011 remixes in a free download package entitled Reworks #1. I'm not the biggest follower of the "remix" scene, but I'm always excited to see Christian Strobe give his unique touch to any track. These aren't blown-out electro-house remixes -- they're danceable infusions of nu-disco, tranced-out, dreamy sounds that always complement the track they're modifying perfectly (via EARMILK).

Wait & See (Christian Strobe Remix) by Holy Ghost!

Germany's own, Christian Strobe takes a Holy Ghost! classic for a spin with his version of "Wait & See." A few have already dipped their hands on the track like Flight Facilities and Kris Menace, Although successful in each effort, none of them equaled this latest attempt.

Track was intentionally fashioned to be at one with the dance floor. The whole track runs and urges everyone to dance which is actually a plus to almost everyone. Right? Who doesn't? Anyway, Strobe does a good job enforcing heavy amounts of "retro-synth, glam-rock percussion and anthemic loops," which finalizes the 80's theme.
