Miami’s avant-dance duo Afrobeta’s unique songs transcend genre classifications. Frontwoman Cuci Amador’s rapid-fire delivery, combined with Tony Smurphio’s funky synths and head-bopping bass lines are sure to keep audiences moving playing whichever of their tracks. Here is something to get you going, "Love Is Magic (DiscoTech Extended Remix)" by Afrobeta. Magical!

Brightside (DiscoTech Remix) by The Knocks
The Knocks has just uploaded this very cool edit from DiscoTech for their single “Brightside”. This track is being played all over the place. Dance, dance, dance! (via Golden Scissors)
Safe and Sound (DiscoTech Remix) by Capital Cities
One of my favorite songs from last year, from the criminally-overlooked band, Capital Cities, has officially been remixed. When I say officially remixed, I mean it was actually a project worked out between the DiscoTech and Capital Cities-official. Personally, I love it. It’s a little less hard-hitting and it doesn’t stray too greatly from the original. Instead it reinvents the instrumental around the vocals to make a more playful, light-hearted version of the song.
