The Rapture return with a new EP Sail Away taken from their acclaimed third album In The Grace Of Your Love on January 16th 2012 through DFA Records.

You can listen to the EP in its entirety over at DFA’s soundcloud page. The EP sees a digital release on January 16th. It follows on from dancefloor smash ‘How Deep Is Your Love?’ and will be released as a special remix EP featuring new mixes courtesy of Aeroplane, Cosmic Kids & Cut Copy.

This will be second Remix Artist Collective post and is also the third remix to emerge out of Cut Copy's upcoming EP, Keys and Codes. "Some Boys" is the third single and is under the wings of RAC. For so long I've been wondering what the difference is whenever there is a "RAC Maury" tag on the remix... Obviously it is under RAC but it turns out, it is under a different person with Andrew Maury.

A multi-tasker similar to Anjos (musician, producer and music engineer) who is responsible for some of the live-mixing of Ra Ra Riot since 08. As usual, the remix is awesome. A mix with over-flowing instrumentals, almost folk-ish with seemingly endless energy but still bangin' on those electro riffs.

Cut Copy is back in the remix game with a version they did for Death Cab For Cutie and their song, "Doors Unlocked And Open," a part of their 7th record production, Codes And Keys. It's their most electrofied release using components similar to Cut Copy's style, giving them not much difficulty in re-producing the track to their own.

The remix has Cut Copy written all over it. The signature style is definitely there. Although the track is now slightly far from the original, the groovy beats and rising piano melody make-up for the loss. Classy and fun!
