Last September, Swedish House Mafia took over Pete Tong’s duties at his widely popular Essential Selection show and put on, as expected, a memorable performance. The accidental comedic genius of the three Swedes was one thing, but the exclusive music they previewed was another.
They debuted a few of the songs that instantly became anthems for the last quarter of 2011. Spinning the then unreleased "Walking Alone," "Raise Your Head" and "Otherside" Third Party remix, among others. So now they’re back for another takeover and if there was ever a time to tune in, it would be next Friday, Feb. 17, when they go live again on BBC radio from Los Angeles. Expect exclusives. Maybe a song called "Feel" will be included in the mix.
