Another release just in time for Halloween. This time coming from the multi-talent, Donald Glover - Childish Gambino. Like I said, the most aggressive Gambino track off his debut, Camp. No surprise that he aligned the release of the visuals with a camp horror murder story. It is called "Bonfire" for a reason.
For those who can't understand the story: "They're telling a story at the campfire about a murderer who hung people in the woods. The guy with the noose is pretending to be the murderer to scare the girls. But the story was true, Gambino was victim many years ago. He's now a ghost and the story is now a campfire tale." Makes sense? I sure hope it does because I think the video is awesome! Simple, clever and creepy! Camp drops November the 15th via Glassnote Records.
