First time I came across London-based duo Blende and already they win my loyalty. Busy mass-producing tracks and remixes flaunting that electro-themed, almost nu disco beats with a little pinch of the French house.
Their latest offering is exactly what I described them to produce. Dubstep player Skrillex's "Drop Dead" excellently blended with all of the mentioned elements which clearly shows their ability and talent. It's always nice to hear listener-friendly Skrillex tracks and be able to play it in public without anyone complaining about the noise.
Blende successfully re-works the Skrillex original by retaining the original but adding a little somethin' somethin' of their own.
